Community Greenspace is a not for profit, limited by guarantee, organisation.    It aims to help people who live and work in the China Clay area become more involved in creating, managing and maintaining their local greenspaces.  It does this predominantly by providing support, expertise, materials and other resources to groups of residents so that they can get on and do real stuff.

In the Beginning...

Our group came together to encourage Bugle residents to form and express opinions on the development of local community spaces proposed as part of the Government Eco Towns initiative; and we have never looked back!

Now that's Progress...

Spurred on by local enthusiasm, a real interest in the fate of our shared spaces and a willingness to get involved, Bugle Greenspace blossomed into an active community group carrying out practical projects which both involve and strenghten our local community and preserve green spaces.  Following successful funding applications for Growing Together and requests from neighbouring communities for involvement we created Community Greenspace, a not for profit limited organisation.

We have lots of different aims but mainly we want to ensure that the place where we live is the best that it can be and is looked after by us, for everyone to enjoy.
